Pets Wyak Refund Policy

Time Limit for Refunds and Exchanges

We offer refund and/or exchange if reqested within 5 days from your order being delivered to you. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging. The original packaging must not be opened.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • For each refunded item, you will be refunded the same amount which you paid for it or more.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are delivered to you if defective, damaged, or expired.

If you need to exchange a delievered item for the same item, contact our customer service phone number. One of our drivers will come to collect the unwanted item and replace it.

Kindly note that exchanges are only applicable for identical items. You cannot purchase an item and exchange it for a non-identical item.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds and exhanges:

  • Wallet money earnt via our loyalty program or gited to you from Pets Wyak, or a different customer.

 

Types of Refuns (if applicable)

In the event that you would like to request a re-fund, there are two types of refunds which you may request.

  1. Full Order Refund
    1. This describes when the order is refunded in it’s entirety
  2. Partial Order Refund
    1. This describes when some items in the order are refunded, while the customer choose to keep the remaining items

 

Refunding Methods

  1. 1.      Full Order Refund Paid Online
    1. The customer may choose from the two below refund options
      1. Chose to be refunded via our wallet system and receive 105% of the refund value (excluding delivery fee) to their wallet within 1 business day of requesting the refund.
      2. Choose to be refunded onto the same card or other online payment method they used. In which case, the customer is refunded 100% of the refund value (excluding delivery fee) within 15 business days of requesting the refund.
    2. Pets Wyak reserves the right to collect the items which will be refuneded from the customer before beginning the transaction.
  2. Full Order Refund Paid in Cash
    1. The customer may choose from the two below refund options
      1. Chose to be refunded via our wallet system and receive 105% of the refund value (excluding delivery fee) to their wallet within 1 business day of requesting the refund.
      2. Choose to be refunded via cash. In which case, the customer is refunded 100% of the refund value (excluding delivery fee) within 15 business days of requesting the refund.
    2. Pets Wyak reserves the right to collect the items which will be refunded from the customer before beginning the transaction.
      1. For cash refunds Pets Wyak reserves the right to collect the item first, and then come back later to deliver the refund amount to the customer
  3. Partial Order Refund Paid Online
    1. The customer may choose from the single below refund options
      1. Chose to be refunded via our wallet system and receive 105% of the refund value (excluding delivery fee) to their wallet within 1 business day of requesting the refund.
  4. Partial Order Refund Paid in Cash
    1. The customer may choose from the two below refund options
      1. Chose to be refunded via our wallet system and receive 105% of the refund value (excluding delivery fee) to their wallet within 1 business day of requesting the refund.
      2. Choose to be refunded via cash. In which case, the customer is refunded 100% of the refund value (excluding delivery fee) within 15 business days of requesting the refund.
    2. Pets Wyak reserves the right to collect the items which will be refunded from the customer before beginning the transaction.
      1. For cash refunds Pets Wyak reserves the right to collect the item first, and then come back later to deliver the refund amount to the customer.

Refund and Exchange Fees

  • In the event that a customer is requesting a refund or exchange without error from Pets Wyak or its affiliates and partners, and Pets Wyak requires to send a driver to the customer either to collect or replace products, then the customer may incur a fee of up to 55QAR:
    • This fee includes logistics and delivery fees as well as transaction fees
    • This will not apply if the reason for the refund or exchange due to an error made by Pets Wyak or its affiliates and partners.
    • Pets Wyak reserves the right to collect this fee through either:
      • Cash
      • Online Payment Link
      • Deduction from refund amount
