How to earn points

- For every 1 QAR you spend with us you get point + 1
- Spend 500 QAR, get 250 points + 250
- Write a product review + 100

There are 4 different ways you can earn loyalty points: 1) Sign up to receive 500 points. 2) Get a point for every QAR you spend. 3) If you order reaches or exceeds 500QAR, you get an extra 250 points. 4) You get 100 points for every review you write.
You can spend the points by converting them into your eWallet from the Loyalty Page or from the Checkout Page. Once these points are converted, you can then pay for your order partially or fully using your eWallet in the Chekout Page.
No, points do not expire. Any points you earn can be redeemed into your eWallet at any point in time.
Every Signed Up user is automatically enrolled into our loyalty program. All you have to do is Sign Up!
We refund products in 2 way, you can read more about that in our Refund and Exchange policy. If a product is exchanged you will still recieve your loyalty points. If a product is returned then points earned on that purhuase will be deducted from your total points.
